Join MEDFAR Clinical Solutions as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and contribute to improving clinical processes. As a full-time remote employee, you will support clinic staff in the optimal use of our web-based electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring a successful implementation adapted to the reality of each clinic.
Requirements
- Post-secondary studies in the field of health, education, health software, and project management or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project management and software deployment
- Strong sense of organization and structure of a work plan
- Excellent customer service and thoroughness
- Ability to establish fruitful interpersonal relationships and recognize complex emotions coming from others
- Excellent communication in French & English, both orally and in writing
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility in schedule and ability to travel throughout Ontario
