Job Description
The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for providing detailed estimates based upon conceptual documents as well as schematic, design development and construction documents. The position involves new and existing client relations and requires an individual with 5+ years of experience installing or estimating HVAC/Mechanical Systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience installing or estimating HVAC/Mechanical Systems
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical/Design Education or equivalent Estimating experience
- Field Experience in Project Management or Subcontractor
- Developing and managing new and existing owner and general contractor relationships
- Well organized with excellent written and oral communication
- Working skills with MS Office including Excel or Google Drive
- Ability to multitask and work with a team
