Job Description
atWork Australia seeks a Service Manager to lead Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be a people-leader who thrives on performance, compliance, community engagement, and developing capability.
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing teams or multiple sites
- Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching, performance management, and operational delivery
- Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs
- Stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Services Australia and community organisations
