Job Description
Weâre seeking a Service Manager to lead Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches across sites in Moora and Merredin, WA. The role offers purpose, variety and impact, and requires a people-leader who thrives on performance, compliance, community engagement and developing capability.
Requirements
- Experience managing teams or multiple sites
- Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching, performance management and operational delivery
- Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, forecasts and financial KPIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Services Australia and community organisations
- Ability to work to KPIs and lead others to deliver high-quality outcomes
- A genuine belief in our purpose: connecting people and business so both can thrive
- A current driverâs licence and reliable vehicle
- Employment Services Experience highly regarded
