Job Description
atWork Australia is seeking a Service Manager to lead Job Coaches and InWork Support Coaches across sites in Moora and Merredin, WA. The role involves leading a team, driving performance, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring contractual compliance.
Requirements
- Experience managing teams or multiple sites
- Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching, performance management and operational delivery
- Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, forecasts and financial KPIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Services Australia and community organisations
- A genuine belief in our purpose: connecting people and business so both can thrive
- A current driverâs licence and reliable vehicle
