A mission critical role for S4 is the Associate Account Director. In this role, you would lead the day-to-day management of development and execution of marketing programs, projects and campaigns designed to drive engagement for key client initiatives.
Requirements
- Client & Project Leadership: Serve as the primary project point of contact for clients, ensuring to maintain positive relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
- Implementing end-to-end management of multiple projects, from initial intake and briefing to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources and managing resource planning to ensure any changes are communicated.
- Report on financial performance, track budgets, and manage time and resources effectively across all projects.
- Partner with operations to forecast resourcing needs and optimize team utilization.
- Strategic Execution & Program Management: Collaborate with clients to execute large-scale strategies and programs, translating client objectives into actionable plans.
- Manage the development and production of diverse product marketing materials, integrated digital campaigns, and creative programs.
- Drive integration across all campaign touch points and the broader ecosystem.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' products and target audiences.
- Translate client needs and market insights into compelling briefs for internal teams.
- Lead the projects to build comprehensive toolkits and resources to support client initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, studio, production), ensuring clear communication of client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with strategy and creative teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Champion efficient internal ways of working to ensure smooth project flow.
