We are seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to create integrated creative campaign concepts and lead a team of creatives in a fast-paced and innovative agency environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in art-based and conceptual roles within top-tier creative agencies
- At least 5 years of experience in Mainland China, paired with a deep understanding of the local social landscape and youth culture
- Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory
- Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow diverse teams of creatives
