The Associate Director, Media Analytics will support and grow the company's Data & Digital Media capabilities by overseeing the delivery of actionable and impactful insights from client data. The role involves crafting the next generation of market offerings, ideating new services, and enabling Growth and Account Management teams with the tools they need to approach marketers.
Requirements
- Owns media analytics product and services delivery across the client portfolio
- Sets vision for account(s), oversees and develops analytics roadmaps and processes, and executes plans against short- and long-term deliverables
- Understand business needs and lead the design and execution of cross-channel campaign measurement frameworks
- Be a hands-on contributor in evolving and designing new, innovative measurement tools
- Work alongside client teams to set up test designs and run analyses to support test outcomes that demonstrate business performance and opportunity to improve
- Lead and drive a team with a highly autonomous self-starter culture
- Recruit, manage, and mentor resource ensuring workflow is efficient throughout the team, as well as a high-quality output is delivered
