Monks seeks a dynamic Copywriter to craft compelling, 360 integrated storytelling and innovative content across campaigns. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, and an understanding of Mexican and American culture. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working as a Copywriter, strong collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital platforms, and media formats.
Requirements
- Develop cohesive 360 integrated campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, that work seamlessly across channels.
- Generate innovative ideas, pitches, and prototypes, pushing creative boundaries in both storytelling and visuals.
- Collaborate closely to ensure alignment of art and copy, creating integrated campaigns that resonate.
- Conceptualize and craft content for branding, digital, experiential, and multi-channel activations.
- Drive storytelling by blending compelling visuals and engaging copy to capture audience attention.
- Push the limits of creative and technical possibilities, exceeding briefs and expectations.
- Contribute fresh perspectives, insights, and practical solutions to enhance campaign impact.
- Assemble presentation decks, proposals, and documentation that clearly communicate integrated concepts.
- Support team members with feedback, inspiration, and alignment throughout the creative process.
