Job Description
We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business and data, acting as a key translator between stakeholders and technical data teams.
Requirements
- Gather and formalize requirements
- Translate functional and metric needs into data logic
- Design and deliver scalable, high-quality BI solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders and other BI and Data team members
- Build and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and other functional documentation
- Support the design, validation, and evolution of dashboards and reports
- Work hands-on with Tableau on dashboard development, testing, and enhancements
- Query and analyze data using Snowflake to validate metrics, investigate issues, and support analysis
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities in existing BI solutions
- Propose solutions, best practices, and improvements related to data modeling, metrics, and reporting standards
