Job Description
Monks is seeking a Credit Manager to lead credit risk and collections strategy, optimize cash flow, and strengthen customer relationships. This role involves designing credit policies, evaluating creditworthiness, setting limits, and guiding a team to reduce DSO. Collaboration with Finance and Sales is crucial for aligning risk with growth and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and refine credit and collections policies.
- Analyze credit applications, assess solvency and risk.
- Monitor portfolio aging and manage delinquency risks.
- Partner with Sales/Finance for payment plans.
- Prepare management reports on aging, provisions, and risk exposure.
- Ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
- Improve cash conversion cycle and working capital.
