Job Description
Monks is seeking a Media Assistant to manage the implementation, control, approval and financial control of purchasing media on and offline. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely delivery of content, adhering to budgetary constraints and compliance. Responsibilities include managing media accounts, providing support for digital campaigns and streamlining reporting.
Requirements
- Create and manage media control programs in AD.
- Monitor payment conditions related to media authorizations.
- Monitor media costs vs. client budget in monthly budgets and online platforms.
- Provide weekly/monthly financial reports.
- Check delivery to ensure NFs are up-to-date.
- Prepare and organize video/print materials.
- Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor pacing of campaigns daily.
- Plan and present media and presentations.
- Maintain media account management systems.
