Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team at Monks. The successful candidate will provide operational support to our accounting team, ensuring all documentation and basic records are up-to-date to facilitate monthly closures and decision-making. This is an ideal position for someone taking their first steps in the industry and wanting to understand how the financial engine of a global creative company works from the ground up.
Requirements
- ContadurÃa, Administración de Empresas, or related degree
- Excel skills: fluid handling of filters, basic functions (SUMA, SI, BUSCARV), and data sorting
- Attention to detail: ability to quickly detect errors in numbers or dates
- Service-oriented attitude: willingness to learn operational processes and support the team with repetitive but critical tasks
- Basic-Intermediate English: ability to understand financial terms in English and navigate systems in that language
