Monks is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead in thinking up digital ads and assets for awesome brands. The position is about harmonizing speed, style and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace.

Requirements

• Create style proposals, sketches, mockups and prototypes to kickstart the design for products, features and new campaigns.
• Ensure designs are awesome and in line with expectations.
• Help improve the work by offering new angles, inspiration, best practices and practical solutions.
• Translate creative/client briefs into thorough design briefs.
• Safeguard quality at all times.
• Present ideas to the client, with whom you need to create a very good relationship and advise him on his aesthetic decisions on the project.
