Monks Tokyo is seeking a Senior Account Manager with deep knowledge of the digital creative industry, including commercial landing pages, banners, videos, and static images. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing business relationships in the intersection of creativity and technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production
• Strong interest and passion for digital platforms and content creation
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, create clear documentation, track progress, and ensure smooth project execution
• High curiosity for new technologies
• Ability to create proposal materials (decks) that consider both technical and business aspects
• Confident presentation skills to represent the team to clients and partners
• Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
