Job Description
We are looking for a strategist who speaks 'fluent tech' but thinks 'human.' As a Strategy Director, you will be the strategic lead for a portfolio dedicated to one of the world’s most significant digital ecosystems. Your mission is to take complex, highly technical roadmaps and translate them into intuitive, human-centric narratives and experiences.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX strategy, or product marketing within an agency or tech-first company
- Deep Web Fluency: You understand (and are fascinated by) how the internet works
- UX Strategy Toolkit: You are comfortable looking at user flows, wireframes, and digital architectures
- The 'Complex-to-Simple' Filter: You have a proven ability to take high-level technical concepts and turn them into simple, emotional, and persuasive narratives
- Agile Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments where the technology is constantly evolving and timelines are often tight
- Storytelling Excellence: You are a master of the 'pitch'—able to command a room (or a Zoom) and build deep trust with high-level technical stakeholders
