As a Regional Growth Marketing Director, EMEA, you'll partner with Managing Directors, Growth, and Client teams to drive pipeline and revenue through focused marketing and communications. You'll shape and activate integrated, multi-channel programs for our London-based operations, combining demand generation with strong narrative and market presence.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, communications, or demand generation across EMEA
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through marketing programs
- Strong experience across marketing and communications, including PR, content, and events
- Well-connected across key industry publications, platforms, and events
- Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to craft senior-level communications and PR narratives
- Stakeholder management expertise, with experience partnering with C-suite, MDs, and Sales to support commercial outcomes
- Execution-focused mindset, able to manage multiple priorities with pace and discipline
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion
