Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing
• Experience in content-driven companies, media brands, or agencies with an editorial focus
• Proven experience with product or format launches, go-to-market strategies, and cross-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of brand, target audience, and content
• Confident handling KPIs, reporting, and analysis tools
• Experience coordinating external partners and stakeholders
• Ability to work structured, strategically, and with attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to act courageously and take responsibility
