Senior Visual Designer Product-Focused (Freelance)

We're looking for a freelance Visual Designer with a strong product mindset to support our web and digital experience work.

Requirements

• Lead visual design from concept through delivery with a product lens
• Create moodboards, look & feel explorations, and early visual directions
• Collaborate closely with Strategy and UX to translate ideas into structured, usable experiences
• Apply visual systems to wireframes and user flows
• Design modular components and scalable design systems
• Prepare clean, developer-ready Figma files
• Support Webflow builds or handoff to development (Webflow experience is a plus)
• Present work in internal and client-facing meetings, clearly walking through ideas and design rationale
