You will work from anywhere in Germany, selling digital solutions to traditional companies and helping them win new employees. The role involves taking the first contact with leads, prequalifying interested parties, and participating in team calls and internal training. Requirements

• Good communication and presentation skills in German
• Experience in cold calling, ideally 1-3 years in sales
• First experiences in an agency, coaching, or service structure with sales processes (bonus points)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve top results
