You will analyze customer satisfaction, implement a national service strategy, and lead a customer service team. You will also be responsible for customer communication, feedback, and training.
Requirements
- successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hotel and trade, event industry) and/or a (dual) study with a focus on trade / marketing
- several years of experience in trade
- knowledge and interest in products and trends of the Consumer Electronics branch
- strong customer and service orientation
- strong leadership skills
- experience in handling social media
- high analytical skills, are communicative and implementation-oriented
