You will be the first point of contact for customers with problems and provide an outstanding omnichannel shopping experience. You will also perform administrative tasks related to the sales process and coordinate tasks for your team members.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a service-oriented vocational training (preferably in hotel and retail, event industry)
- Experience in retail and excellent service understanding
- Knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics sector
- Pronounced customer- and service-orientedness
- Communicative and implementation-strong
- High coordination and organizational skills
- Team player and willing to support the team in the afternoon/evening and on Saturdays
