You will advise customers and handle customer inquiries related to online collection, product return, exchange, repairs, and sales processing. You will also market our products on various online platforms and maintain nationally established standard guidelines, processes, and behavior.

Requirements

• Service-oriented vocational training (preferably hospitality and trade, event industry)
• Knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communicative, strong in implementation, and work solution-oriented
• Willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
