We are looking for a customer-oriented and service-minded team member to join our MediaMarktSaturn Deutschland team. You will advise customers, handle inquiries, and market our products online. You will also support customer events and work with internal and external partners. Requirements

• Customer-oriented and service-minded
• Experience in the hotel and retail industry or event industry
• Knowledge and interest in Consumer Electronics products and trends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues in the afternoons/ evenings and on Saturdays
