Performance Growth Lead

We're a team driven by curiosity, impact, and fast growth. We're looking for a Performance Growth Lead with a strong performance marketing background to lead the strategic direction of the Growth Team and drive growth through testing new verticals, markets, and approaches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition roles
• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success running and scaling global acquisition campaigns across multiple markets
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, experiments, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset paired with creativity and curiosity to test and validate new ideas and verticals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
• Ability to perform well under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and keep initiatives and teams on track
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved in execution when needed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
• Genuine interest in global trends, emerging markets, and evolving growth strategies
