Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Proven track record of working with large or unlimited budgets and delivering results under strict performance KPIs
- Experience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market, with a deep understanding of early-stage strategy and market testing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets, extract insights, and make informed campaign decisions
- Tech-savvy — understands how Google’s algorithm works, and can set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (e.g., pixels, tags)
- Proficient in testing and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools
- Passionate about Paid Search and digital performance marketing, constantly curious about trends and platform changes
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- A strategic thinker who thrives on experimentation and solving problems in creative, data-backed ways
