Registered Nurse

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a brand-new Care Service as foundational team members. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients with complex clinical and functional needs. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up, contributing to the establishment and embedding of clinical practice, care models and team culture within a brand-new service supporting patients.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in acute & sub-acute care
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain)
• If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations
