Job Description
Medica is a nonprofit health plan that delivers personalized healthcare experiences and partners with providers to ensure members are genuinely cared for. The Senior Medicaid Product Specialist supports the development, enhancement, and delivery of Medicaid products in collaboration with Product leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs, regulations, product development, and health plan operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience beyond degree
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead without formal authority
