Job Description
Medical Associates Clinic is seeking a full-time or part-time Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to provide outpatient psychological services to patients in the Department of Psychiatry & Psychology. The role involves individual assessment, psychotherapy, consultation, and potentially inpatient work. Opportunities exist in various areas of focus and potential for exploring diverse specializations.
Requirements
- Provide outpatient psychological services, including diagnostic assessment and psychotherapeutic intervention
- Consult with other providers
- Produce progress notes and psychological evaluation reports in EMR
- Participate in meetings and administrative tasks
- Master's degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D) in Iowa and potential to gain national licensure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Iowa State License and potential to be eligible for National Register Membership
