Job Description
The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for maintaining clinical operations and safe delivery of patient care in the clinical area. Essential duties include evaluating patient care delivery systems, supervising staff, and promoting compliance with departmental and MFA policies.
Requirements
- Current and valid D.C. Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills
- Associate’s degree in Nursing or higher (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Ability to sit, walk, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Must lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
