Job Description
The Epic Revenue Cycle Manager leads the planning, implementation, build, configuration, and optimization of Epic revenue cycle applications supporting the Medical Faculty Associates (MFA). This role provides day-to-day leadership to the analyst team and partners closely with operational revenue cycle leaders to improve workflows, system functionality, and revenue cycle performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience supporting Epic Revenue Cycle workflows
- 3+ years leadership experience managing an Epic professional billing or claims team
- Experience leading analysts or managing Epic application teams in a healthcare environment
- Hands-on experience with Epic build, workflow design, and system optimization in partnership with revenue cycle operational leaders
- Experience supporting Epic in a large healthcare system, academic medical center, or multi-specialty physician practice environment
- Experience with Epic applications including Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, Remittance, and related revenue cycle modules
