Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Formal training in medical assisting from a vocational-technical high school, post-secondary vocational schools, or community and junior college
- CPR certification
- 1-2 years working experience as a Medical Assistant in general surgery/ambulatory care
- Certification and Registration as a Medical Assistant
- Current basic CPR/AED
