Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide continuing and comprehensive medical care and health maintenance to a panel of senior age patients.
Requirements
- Fully state-licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or PA
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
- EMR experience
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner working as a primary care provider in an outpatient office setting
