Job Description
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who wants to be at the forefront of AI-enabled engineering, someone who doesn’t just write code to spec, but rethinks how software is designed, built, and evolved using AI. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll set technical direction, influence architecture, and raise the bar across the team, helping define what modern, AI-driven software engineering looks like in practice.
Requirements
- Strong systems mindset and product orientation
- Ability to design scalable, intelligent architectures and create AI-enabled features
- Experience with modern data platforms or application frameworks
- Exposure to DevOps/SRE practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and observability
- Leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding senior engineers
