Certified Medical Assistant OR Licensed Practical Nurse- Pediatric After Hours & Specialty Clinic

MUSC Children’s Health After Hours Care Mt. Pleasant is a pediatric outpatient clinic that falls under the Shawn Jenkin’s Children’s Hospital at MUSC. We host a variety of pediatric subspecialists and provide a walk-in After Hours Care to serve our community during the hours when most pediatricians are closed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program
• Basic computer skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, working indoors, working outside in temperature extremes, working from elevated areas, working in confined/cramped spaces, bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting 50 lbs.
