Executive Director of Anesthesia Services

The Executive Director of Anesthesia Services provides enterprise-wide leadership and end-to-end operational accountability for anesthesia services across 11 community hospitals spanning multiple markets statewide.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing anesthesia services across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated enterprise anesthesia operations experience, including staffing models, subsidies, and financial management.
• Proven ability to engage and present to senior executives including CEOs and CFOs.
• Strong command of anesthesia economics and workforce dynamics.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
