MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) is an entity within the Medical University of South Carolina that provides healthcare to patients within the rural health network throughout the state of South Carolina.

Requirements

• Document the physician dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social, and past medical history as well as document procedures, lab results, dictated radiographic impressions made by the supervising physician and any other information pertaining to the patient’s encounter.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Demonstrate a sufficient contribution to productivity to offset the cost of services.
