Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery ICU

Evaluating and managing inpatients on the Neurological Surgery Service. Provides direct care to patients through comprehensive history and physical examinations, evaluating and treating patients based on diagnostic test results, and performing therapeutic procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an APRN
• Physician Assistant or APRN license with AGPNP/ANP, FNP, AGACNP/ACNP certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• DHEC and DEA license applications
