Patient Access Representative I

The Patient Registration Representative serves as the initial point of contact for patients, providing high level customer service while facilitating accurate and timely completion of registration, verifying and preparing all patient accounts for inpatient and outpatient billing.

Requirements

• High school diploma and two years of administrative experience
• Associate's degree and one year of medical experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Typing speed of 25 CWPM
• Computer experience
• EPIC, Medical Terminology, and knowledge of insurance
