Procurement Manager I

The Procurement Manager 1 Solicitations (PM1S) serves as the Buyer specializing in the development of solicitations with MUSC University stakeholders for the acquisition of goods, services and/or information technology at the most advantageous value within the guidelines of the Consolidated Procurement Code, regulations, and MUSC operating policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' relevant procurement and contract management experience
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of the required work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with online video conference technology
• Ability to assume responsibility and be accountable
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with all levels of users, management, and senior leadership
