PART-TIME THERAPIST LCSW / LMSW

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Therapist to join our team. This vital role focuses on supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of children and adolescents, helping them navigate academic pressures, social dynamics, and personal challenges.

Requirements

• Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in both in-person and remote settings, both individually and in groups
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
• Conduct assessments to identify emotional and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals as needed
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans using evidence-based practices
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress using validated tools
• Offer workshops and training sessions for clients and patients on mental health issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient sessions and progress
• Advocate for patients' mental health needs within the community
• Develop and implement preventive programs and activities to promote mental health awareness
