Medicentres is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, book appointments, and ensure excellent client service. No experience is required, but a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset. Medicentres is a growing network of healthcare clinics dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to patients across Canada.

Requirements

• Business administration or medical administration certificate (asset)
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
• Previous experience in a Call Centre or customer service-related employment (asset)
• Professional demeanor over the phone and in person
• Attention to accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in tasks
