Requirements
- Training as a Health Specialist with a federal professional competence certificate (EFZ)
- Experience in the acute sector and in dealing with new mothers is desired
- Teamwork skills
- High social competence and a well-developed sense of empathy
- High flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
- Willingness to work on a day-and-night shift and on weekends
- Very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. B2 certificate) and good IT user skills
