Hirslanden Klinik in Biel offers a full-time or part-time nursing/healthcare specialist position in the maternity and adult healthcare departments. The role requires individualized care, both for pregnant women and patients in adult care, through preventative and therapeutic interventions. Requirements

• Complete an education as a Nurse/Healthcare Specialist (EFZ) or possess relevant experience
• Experience in an acute hospital and/or maternity department is a plus
• Strong team player, responsible, and able to motivate others
• Good German/French communication skills
• Resilience, flexibility, and composure in demanding situations
• High social competence and empathy
