Requirements

• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship with a federal vocational diploma, a DMS/FMS diploma, or a secondary school diploma
• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives as well as in collaboration with employees and doctors
• Customer and service orientation, a well-developed sense of responsibility and independence
