Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the digital transformation initiative across Medicus, helping identify and ensure application changes meet business needs, and developing and overseeing the testing program, developing test cases and scripts and defect management.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application, process and operational solutions
• Results oriented, with high energy focus on achieving both short and long term goals
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce testing including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing
• Experience testing AI features, including Salesforce Agentforce-driven functionality
• Strong relationship partnering skills and the ability to work with varying levels of individual contributors and management
• Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
• Experience with different project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Prior experience with project coordination, process improvement initiatives and systems such as SalesForce / BI Tools; QA test tools, project management tools; and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
