Server Assistant
High school diploma, restaurant experience, and strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
Seasonal Shuttle Driver
Must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid IL driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills
Lifeguard
High school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience in a related position, and passing of Red Cross First Aid and lifesaving courses
Server Ala Carte
Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and 1+ year of serving experience
Banquet Server
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, previous banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience, and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Groundskeeper
Entry level position, no experience required, must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
Sous Chef
3-5+ years of progressive culinary experience, leadership experience, and strong cooking techniques
Assistant Restaurant Manager
2-5 years of restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bartender
Previous bartending experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are required
