Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive culinary experience
- Leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail, plating, and presentation
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting environment
