Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or another customer-facing role, and/or completed commercial vocational education
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, methodical way of working
- Comfortable working in MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and organize a busy workload effectively
- Calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
