We are looking for a Senior Manager Finance DACH (m/f/d) to shape the financial future of Medline, a global leader in healthcare. The successful candidate will hold full responsibility for the financial steering of the DACH region, create transparency, drive performance, and shape a finance organization that is forward-looking and business-focused.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
- Ideally bring additional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Have 8–10 years of relevant experience in an international finance environment
- Possess strong expertise in US GAAP and SOX/Internal Controls
- Have solid knowledge of German statutory and tax regulations
- Bring proven leadership experience and enjoy developing people
- Make decisions confidently and drive transformation
- Feel comfortable in an international, matrix-driven organization
- Communicate effectively in both German and English
